Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, country, type of enquiry and message, your telephone number if you give it, and the fact that you ticked the consent box.

The server that hosts the site may log technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser and page. Those logs are used only to run and protect the site.

To answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of the correspondence if we go on to do business. We rely on the consent you give with the tick box. We never use your details for marketing or sell them.

The form sends your enquiry to Palmera by email. It is delivered by Resend, a US email service acting for us, and stored by our own email provider, so your details may be held on servers outside Namibia.

Only the people at Palmera dealing with your enquiry read it. We pass it to no one else unless you agree or the law requires it.

Only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. If it leads to an order or contract, it stays with our business records for as long as Namibian law requires.

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts and images are served from this site, not loaded from other services.

You can ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can withdraw your consent at any time; we then delete your enquiry unless we need it for a contract with you. Email palmeracc@yahoo.com or write to the address above. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.

If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and its date.
